Tecnoingranaggi Riduttori of Italy manufacture high quality and extremely accurate, low backlash, planetary gearheads which are commonly used with servo and stepper motors to increase the motors torque output. There are many options available to the designer and machine builder and these include:

• Four levels of backlash accuracies can be specified from <17' arc min, down to a high precision, <3' arc min
• A wide range of reduction ratios are available across 7 different model series to suit different input speeds and output torque requirements.
• Double shaft, right angle shaft, right angle output shaft and inline gearheads are available to meet different design needs & applications.
• Operating output torques range from 12Nm to 1000Nm.
• Maximum acceleration torques range from 22Nm to 1200Nm.
• Emergency stopping torques range from 40Nm to 2200Nm.
• Gearheads can handle input speeds up to 5000rpm (depending upon reduction ratio).

There is a large selection of flange mounting and PCD options to choose from when ordering planetary gearheads. This allows you to order a gearhead to suit either metric or NEMA standard motor flange standards.
