Datasensor of Italy started production of photoeyes in 1972 and production is to ISO and TQM standards. High levels of automation including in house automated PCB and robotic assembly combined with TQA programes provide high levels of reliability and near zero defect. For complete control of quality Datasensor even manufacture their own plastic and glass optics.
Continous improvement and development sees their range now including photo eyes, capacitive and inductive sensors, laser distances sensors, safety curtains and vision systems.
The Datasensor S10 tubular photoeye is one of the most rugged sensors on the market. It features a 316SS housing and IP69K mechanical protection. This rating tests 80degC water jets to 100bar and is perfect for the food industry.
